As part of my corporate role, I led the e-commerce transformation of this legacy platform—overseeing a major migration from Magento 1.9 to Shopify, complete with full ERP integration (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Challenge
The project involved high-volume order flows, complex corporate checkout needs, and integration with internal operations managed through Navision. It also required a modern user experience that would reflect FarEastFlora’s premium positioning, while maintaining platform stability during peak gifting periods.

My Role & Approach

  • Spearheaded the end-to-end platform migration to Shopify
  • Worked in close collaboration with a renowned web development agency to align UI/UX with brand expectations
  • Streamlined backend systems, ensuring smooth ERP integration for orders, inventory, and fulfillment
  • Prioritized conversion strategy, checkout UX, and long-term scalability

The client, Far East Flora Market, engaged me to lead the digital marketing efforts for “The Flower Show” in November 2024—a 3-days public-facing retail event designed to reintroduce the brand beyond its wholesale roots. The project required a fast, full-funnel strategy to engage both trade and consumer audiences in under eight weeks.

Challenge
With limited lead time, the goal was to turn a traditionally B2B brand into a retail-ready experience—driving awareness, workshop signups, and walk-in traffic, while managing multiple campaign layers across digital and on-ground channels.

My Role & Approach

  • Executed a 2-month digital marketing blitz: pre-event social media campaigns, email marketing, PR, and event listing coordination
  • Managed KOL/influencer partnerships, onboarding 8 creators aligned with the floral and lifestyle community
  • Secured brand sponsorships and ran 8 hands-on workshops, from planning to execution

Outcome
110% workshop sign-up rate, with all sessions fully booked and oversubscribed

FreshBlooms is a Singapore-based flower subscription service that delivers curated blooms weekly. During my time in a corporate role, I was responsible for building a new Shopify website. In addition, I integrated it with the brand’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP—ultimately completing the full transition within an aggressive two-week timeline.

Challenge
The business was operating on Magento 1.9, which had become outdated, unsupported, and vulnerable to security risks. It lacked key subscription features and was increasingly difficult to manage internally. A modern, secure, and scalable solution was urgently needed.

My Role & Approach

  • I built and launched a new Shopify website from the ground up – migrated from Magento 1.9 version
  • In parallel, I integrated Navision ERP to enable real-time syncing of orders and inventory
  • To support weekly deliveries, I designed a seamless subscription checkout experience
  • I also prioritized site speed, mobile responsiveness, and backend simplicity

Outcome
✅ The transition completed with zero downtime—customers continued receiving their subscriptions without interruption.
✅ Backend management became more intuitive, cutting down manual work and reducing tech dependencies.

Because of the seasonal urgency and tight timeline, we had to raise awareness quickly. As a result, every campaign element was tightly optimized from the start.

My Role & Approach

  • Launched hyper-targeted SEM campaigns with a strong focus on search intent
  • Implemented awareness-driven ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Focused on optimizing for both traffic and engagement, using seasonal creative angles and time-sensitive targeting
  • Closely monitored and refined campaigns throughout the peak sales period

Outcome
